Our Partners and Trusted Advisors
We value our business partners that help private investors to make great decisions that contribute to their success. At Geary Real Estate we have created a program to reward those that we work with to build our mutual businesses together. Our business partners provide complementary services to our customers. They include CPA’s, Lawyers, Accountants, Real Estate Agents, Fiduciaries, and are considered trusted advisors to our mutual customers.
When a partner of ours refers a client to us for property management services, and we sign a contract to provide those services, we pay a fee to the partner that referred that customer to Geary Real Estate.

We pay you 5% of the first month's rent roll for the referral. This is paid to you when we have been hired to manage the clients property and we have collected the first month's rent.

By filling out the form on this page and checking the Referral box, you are letting us know that a customer is interested in finding a Property Manager. We will then reach out to you to discuss the clients needs before we contact the client.
