Our Story
Melissa and Alan Geary have been the Owners and Operators of Geary Real Estate for over 15 years. Melissa and Alan have been partners in life for over 25 years. Geary Real Estate is a Property Management Company that is also a full service Brokerage helping clients to buy and sell income properties.
We both started out in technology. Melissa went into Real Estate while raising a family and became a top producer for Better Homes and Garden before becoming a Broker, and opening up Geary Real Estate, Inc. After a few years, Alan joined full time to help manage the growth and scale operations of the company to keep pace with the needs of our clients and tenants.

We created Geary Real Estate to help investors to manage their properties and to benefit from decades of experience our team has in operating, buying, and selling multi-family properties. Our focus is on investors looking to create generational wealth through a portfolio of income properties that are managed profitably by Geary Real Estate Inc.
